No — ClearFlow is a high-output filter engineered specifically to maintain full water pressure. Most customers report no change in pressure whatsoever after installing it.

Which shower heads is ClearFlow compatible with?

ClearFlow uses a universal G1/2" thread that fits virtually any shower head — rain heads, fixed wall mounts, handheld showers and combo setups. If your shower head has a standard ½" thread, ClearFlow will fit.

How long does each filter cartridge last?

Each cartridge filters up to 12,000 gallons of water, which typically lasts 6–8 months for a family of four. If your local water quality is particularly hard, you may want to replace it closer to the 4–6 month mark.

How do I know when to replace the cartridge?

The easiest sign is a gradual drop in water pressure — that means the filter media has absorbed its capacity. Most customers find a simple calendar reminder every 6 months is all they need.

Does ClearFlow remove chloramine, not just chlorine?
